AOP offers flexibility for many communities by allowing for a light rail mass transit system. The mass transit system would provide alternative mobility that has not been available. The system would be designed for high speed and be ideally located for non-interference with secondary roads.
Communities could organize to develop a location for a welcoming center as city dwellers come out and visit. Electric Buses would transport visitors and at night park and be recharged by AOP.
This center could also provide for community's commuters. This would help reduce traffic, as commuters relax and be sped ahead..
