Managed Air Flow (patent pending) The structure design effectively utilizes Clean Energy. The mound design increases available wind for energy production. The Upper Wind Turbines will see more wind. The Wind Turbines will collect more energy for longer periods of time. Some of this wind is vented down and with traffic. Lower area wind is immediately directed with traffic to increase mpg 20 to 50% for every vehicle. The same wind is directed through lower vertical turbines producing energy. The exhaust from the turbines is redirected in the opposite direction for that traffic getting 20 to 50% better mpg. Understanding the natural forces, it is easy to manipulate Clean Energy to improve vehicle performance. No cost to the owner or driver of the vehicle. When gasoline prices increase to $4.00 per gallon the general public would effectively feel only $2.00 to $3.00 per gallon. The public would have more money for domestic spending.
